(Qasas) 28 : 38
وَقَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ يَا أَيُّهَا الْمَلَأُ مَا عَلِمْتُ لَكُمْ مِنْ إِلَٰهٍ غَيْرِي فَأَوْقِدْ لِي يَا هَامَانُ عَلَى الطِّينِ فَاجْعَلْ لِي صَرْحًا لَعَلِّي أَطَّلِعُ إِلَىٰ إِلَٰهِ مُوسَىٰ وَإِنِّي لَأَظُنُّهُ مِنَ الْكَاذِبِينَ

And Pharaoh said: "Oh chiefs, I don’t know that you have a deity besides me; Oh, Haman! You make for me a tower out of baked clay so that I may look at the Lord of Moses, and indeed I think he is among the liars".

Today, the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who read these verses are saying with their tongue that the Lord is the Owner, Deity, and King of mankind, but they are leading a life just opposite to their sayings. By rejecting Adhikr they are having an evil concept about Lord so that they will have an evil consequence as told in verse 48: 6. See explanation 6: 113-116; 25: 34 and 26: 29.
